Market Data

The Get Active Assets endpoint returns a list of basket/pair markets that are currently being actively traded on the platform. This includes:

• Basket/pairs with ongoing trading activity

• The top 20 pairs showing the largest changes in price ratio

• Platform-highlighted basket/pair markets

Because the number of possible basket/pair permutations is extremely large, the endpoint only returns actively traded markets. All other basket/pairs remain fully tradable, but they are not included in the response unless they have recent trading activity.

Volume & Open Interest Data

Volume and open interest are calculated only for the actively traded basket/pairs returned by this endpoint. These values reflect recent trading activity but do not represent the full liquidity of a given basket/pair. Actual liquidity is determined by the Hyperliquid engine's liquidity model, which may differ from the activity metrics shown.
